Suspension Tuning and Shock Absorber Rebuilds

There are many variables when initiating either a new suspension system for a tube chassis vehicle or a modification to your current race rig. Many of these variables revolve around the spring selection and final valving rates on your shock absorbers. When you purchase a race bred mono tube shock absorber you are not always guaranteed the correct valve code to suit your vehicles suspension mount locations, wheel and shock travel, sprung and unsprung mass or its ride height and motion ratio, and not to mention the largest variable of them, the drivers expectations. 

All this data input will qualify specific outcomes for your vehicles suspension setup. Wheels & Tyres

Wheels for Off-Road Racing vehicles are covered by the Pro-Am, Walker Evans and Robby Gordon range. All brands are available in Bead Locked and Non-Bead Locked. Wizard Performance also sell also sell and fit a wide range of alloy and steel rims from Alied, Procomp, Rockcrawler and Dynamic. Wizard are able to source tyres from 27" AT's through to the more agressive rubber in a whopping 44" from the Mickey Thompson stables.

Fabrication and Modifications

Fabricated Steering and Suspension components (Panard Rods, Drag Links, Steering and Control Arms) are also available from Wizard Performance. Most products are made from 4130 Chrome Moly and are completed with original equipment bushings and rod ends.
